Request:
Optus has a discontinued Chromebox Audio Player in store which need to be removed and handed over to Store Staff / Manager
Action:
Locate the Chromebox which is in the Cabinet of the Audio Bay Section.
Open cabinet doors and remove Chromebox and Power Pack, then hand over to Store Staff,
Ask store staff to box it up, Head office will organise pickup.

- Screw Driver
Steps:
1. Ask Staff to provide access cabinet below Audiobay.
2. With a Screw Driver Remove the Chromebox and Power Pack
3. Take Photo of the Label on Chrome Box and Submit with report
4. Hand Chromebox to Store Staff (Get Name) and asked them to Box It (Head Office will organise pickup)
5. Any Access Issues or unable to located Chromebox Please report on
